I offer individual and group breathwork and/or yoga sessions both online and in person.
Private sessions can be scheduled for 30 or 60 minutes. Group sessions will always be 60 minutes.

Gentle grounding practices flow into somatic movement, preparing you for a powerful breathwork journey that helps dissolve blocks, restore balance, and leaves you feeling lighter and more alive.

What is transformational breathwork?
This powerful, active breathwork meditation goes beyond relaxation - guiding you into your subconscious mind. We use a continual breath pattern, combined with guided meditation and soulful music to help reconnect mind and body. Through breathwork we can begin to break down emotions that are held in the body so we can connect with our highest potential. With each breath, you're not only clearing stagnant energy and releasing stress and letting go of old stories, you're creating space to invite in new narratives that will serve you better.
Why is breathwork important?
It is not secret that most of us struggle with the everyday pressures of life. We're busier than ever, and because we are often disconnected from our bodies it is easy to become overwhelmed with feelings and emotions that we don't know how to process. For many people our normal state is one of stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and worry. What most of us don't know is that we have one of the most powerful tools for transformation and reconnection right inside of us in the form of our breath.
