Private Yoga
7 Sessions of private yoga on the farm. We will practice outside in view of the horses as long as weather permits. Sessions will be tailored to your needs and goals, and help you reconnect with yourself, your body, and with nature. Each session will last between 60-75 minutes.
What we'll do
Yoga is a great way to build strength, flexibility, and personal resilience. Build your body, clear your mind, remove old holding patterns and generall get yourself "unstuck" on the mat and in your life. Each person's yoga experience is unique based on what they need. Here is a list of topics we may cover in a 7 session package:
- Yoga practices to build strength, flexibility, and personal spiritual connection
- Exploration of the Chakra system to unlock holding pattterns
- Pranayama (breathing practices)
What's included?
7 individual sessions, either here at the farm with the horses or at Yoga Garden Pittsboro. Sessions will usually run at least 2 hours and we usually complete the package within 3 months.
